WNDiS Statement on Abusive and Unreasonable Behaviour

Like all other services, WNDiS does not tolerate any abusive or inconsiderate behaviour from clients. While it is understood that it can be frustrating to wait for help and people often feel that they are not being listened to in general, calls and other requests are taken in the order that they come in, to provide help in an organised way.
